Yaron Bar-On

Yaron Bar-On is an experienced insurance and business professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Since 2014, Yaron has served as Managing Partner at Hitech Insurance, overseeing 20 secondary agencies with a portfolio valued at NIS 1B (US$300M) in private saving and investment instruments. Previously, Yaron was an entrepreneur focusing on real estate projects from 2010 to 2014, and held key leadership positions at Mivtach Simon Insurance Agencies Ltd. from 2003 to 2010, including Deputy CEO and Director of Marketing and Business Development, where Mivtach Simon became a leading agency in pensions. Prior experience includes M&A management at Migdal Group, leadership roles at Mivtach Shamir Insurance Agency, and an early career as a Senior Communications Officer in the Israeli Air Force. Yaron's education includes a degree in Field Engineering from the IDF Junior Command Military Academy.
