Fernando Massu currently serves as the Presidente del Directorio of Banco BTG Pactual Chile and is a member of the Council for both Fundación Adolfo Ibáñez and the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as the Vicepresidente of Fundación Nuestros Hijos. Between 2018 and March 2022, they held the position of Presidente at Empresa Nacional del Petróleo, Polla Chilena de Beneficencia, and Parque Arauco. They have also served various roles at Corpgroup, including CEO of Corpbanca from 2012 to 2016, and have extensive experience in financial roles at Banco Santander and Citibank in Chile and abroad. Fernando Massu received a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard University.
