Hakan Unlu is the Founder and Director of Miklasoft IT Services Limited since January 2017 and has been a Partner at Hitit Computer Services since August 1998. In addition to this role, Hakan served as Vice President and Managing Partner, overseeing overall R&D activities and leading the Loyalty & CRM Business Unit. Previously, Hakan was the CEO of Amadeus IT Services Turkey from April 2013 to December 2016 and worked as an IT Project Manager for Turkish Airlines from 1987 to 1998, managing the Revenue Accounting Project. Hakan holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, both from Boğaziçi University.
