Carl Rosen

Carl Rosen serves as a Board Member and Global Fellow for HITLAB Breakthrough Alliance since January 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member at DANE HEALTH, INC, starting in November 2023. With a long-standing membership at ASOPRS since May 2012 and a black belt with Gracie Barra Association since April 2012, Carl Rosen is also the CEO and Founder of Fractal OnCall Solutions LLC since October 2010, transitioning to Consultant and Board Chair in 2023. As President of Ophthalmic Associates since July 1994, Carl Rosen has contributed to the field of ophthalmology while maintaining a role as an ophthalmologist with the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 1993. Additional experience includes a medical advisor role at Moyae from January 2024 to February 2025 and serving as President of the Alaska State Medical Association from June 2010 to June 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Graduate School of Business degree from Stanford University, an MD from Boston University School of Medicine, a Master’s in Immunology from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Amherst College.
