Vincent Ientile

Vincent Ientile is the Co-Founder and CEO of HITO, where they lead client engagements from conception through delivery and beyond, leveraging the consultants' unique skills. From 2016 to 2020, they were Team Leader - Sales Manager at Engineering Staffing Company in Paris, where they defined business strategy, managed key accounts, recruited and trained business developers, negotiated contracts, and helped grow the team's turnover from €1.5M to €5M. Earlier in their career, they served as Network Coordination Executive at Havas Sports & Entertainment (2011–2012) and as a Junior Auditor at Ernst & Young (2009–2010). They earned a Master of Science in Management from Ecole de Management de Marseille (2007–2011), completed an MBA Exchange Program at McMaster University (2010), and completed a DUT en Techniques de Commercialisation at IUT Charlemagne (2005–2007).
