Thaisa Almeida

Thaisa Almeida has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2012. Thaisa started out as a Business Analyst at Logique Sistemas, then moved on to Quality Assurance Tester at ESIG Software e Consultoria em TI. In 2014, they worked as a Python Developer at Laboratório de Inovação tecnológica em Saúde (LAIS/HUOL/UFRN). In 2015, they were a Web Developer at Machado Veloso Advogados & Associates. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Web Developer at Queen's University, where they made significant contributions to many areas of Elentra ME using advanced web development techniques. Thaisa then worked as an Assistant Manager at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where they understood and translated customer needs into business and technology solutions, worked with the development team to build new features, and was involved in the testing and deployment phases. Currently, they are a Product Manager at HitPay (YC S21).

Thaisa Almeida earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte in 2015. Thaisa also earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics between 2013 and 2014. In July 2021, they obtained the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from the AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
