Tristan Baer is an experienced professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Showrunner's Assistant at HitRecord.org, Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Tristan worked at KAPLAN / PERRONE ENTERTAINMENT, INC. as an Assistant to the Literary Manager and at ICM Partners as a Motion Pictures Literary Agent Assistant, where responsibilities included managing calls, scheduling, and script coverage. Tristan's background also includes internships at Sony Pictures Entertainment, United Talent Agency, Mandalay Sports Media, and the TV series The 100, gaining valuable insights and experience in various aspects of production and literary management. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Economics from Brown University and is furthering education at Writers Boot Camp.
