Scott Decker

Scott progressed through his career with HITT, moving up through the ranks and into project management, and in 2021, he was promoted to vice president of HITT's Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. He spent the last decade working in HITT's Corporate Office – Interiors sector, most recently as a project executive. As vice president, Scott oversees the successful delivery of laboratory, research and development, clean manufacturing, active hospital, and ground-up projects. In addition, he provides executive leadership to his team and plays a key role in building long-standing relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
