Natalja Calderon

Natalja Calderon is an experienced professional in agile transformation, operational excellence, and leadership coaching, currently serving as an Enterprise Agile, Product & Leadership Coach at hitta.se since September 2025. In parallel, Natalja holds the position of Operational Excellence / Enterprise Agile Transformation Leader at Dandy People, focusing on change management initiatives, and has been with New Perspective as an Operational Excellence Leader and Leadership Coach since February 2023. Previously, Natalja contributed to Epiroc as an Agile Transformation Leader and Enterprise Agile Coach, working closely with senior leadership to implement change and improve processes. A significant tenure at Spotify included roles as a Senior Agile, Organisational and Leadership Coach, along with foundational experience as an Agile Coach.
