Gee Brown

Gee Brown is a Lead People Scientist at Hive HR, where they apply their expertise in occupational and organizational psychology. Currently a student pursuing an MRes/Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, Gee previously earned a first-class BSc in Psychology from Northumbria University and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. With a strong focus on workplace well-being, they have developed key skills through various roles, including as a Graduate Case Handler at Santander UK and a Team Leader at Teleperformance. Gee's experience also includes volunteering in mental health programs and developing strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
