Indya Hall is an experienced customer success professional, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Hive HR since September 2021, following a role as Customer Success Executive. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Care Team Leader at 5G Communications Ltd from April 2021 to August 2021, and various positions at David Lloyd Leisure from December 2015 to May 2021, including Member Relations Manager, Member Experience Manager, and Central Membership Support Advisor. Indya also held the role of Family Activities Manager and Kids Coaching Coordinator at David Lloyd, where responsibilities included leading multi-sport fitness classes for children aged 3 to 15. Indya holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Fitness from Buckinghamshire New University, awarded between 2013 and 2016.
