Luke Iley is a dedicated professional with a strong background in product support and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Executive at Hive HR since July 2021, Luke has previously held positions such as Product Support Executive at the same company, Product Operations Analyst at Communicator from February 2019 to July 2021, and Customer Assistant at Boots UK from June 2015 to March 2019. Luke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Newcastle University between 2015 and 2018, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in the field.
