Stephen Wilson has over a decade of experience in customer success and product operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Hive HR since November 2018, Stephen previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Communicator from June 2013 to October 2018. In this capacity, responsibilities included building customer relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring high retention rates through value delivery. Stephen's earlier experience also includes roles as a Senior Product Operations Analyst and Technical Support Executive at Communicator, along with being a Contact Centre Agent at the Department for Work and Pensions from October 2007 to June 2013. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Northumbria University.
