James Kurtenbach has a comprehensive work experience in the field of marketing that started in 2005 working as a Search Engine Marketing Analyst for IHS, where they managed Google AdWords and Microsoft AdCenter. James later moved to AllAboardToys.com as an Internet Marketing Manager in 2007, where they took full advantage of the opportunity to work with eCommerce experts and work with character-based toys such as Dora the Explorer and Thomas Tank Engine. In 2009, they started working as a Paid Media Manager for IHS, where they designed reporting templates, analyzed paid traffic, and deployed tracking strategies to follow lead generation activities through the sales funnel. In 2015, they started working as a Marketing Director for the Schomp Automotive Group. James founded their own small business in 2006 known as the 5280search, where they developed and implemented paid search programs and SEO tactics for small to medium-sized businesses. Presently, they are the CEO of Hive Analytics, which is a suite of BI dashboards in the Automotive CRM space that provides data clarity and standardization of first-party CRM data to make solid data-driven decisions.
James Kurtenbach attended Colorado State University between 1999 and 2004. During that time, they earned a degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Computer Information Systems. In May 2015, they obtained a Google AdWords Certification from the institution.
