Joanne Phinn

Joanne Phinn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience and interface design, currently serving as the UX/UI Design Lead at Centrica since June 2014. Joanne has played various roles within Centrica, including Salesforce support analyst, knowledge specialist, learning associate, technical support and sales advisor, and fraud investigator, demonstrating a broad skill set in customer support, training development, data analysis, and sales growth. Prior to Centrica, Joanne worked as a retention specialist at Sky from April 2012 to May 2014. Joanne's educational background includes attendance at Langside College and Cleveden Secondary School.
