Federica Busani

Federica Busani has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as a Marketing and Social Media Management Intern at StuDocu | StudeerSnel.nl. Federica then worked as a Business Development, Strategy & Innovation professional at CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati from 2020 to 2022. In 2021, they co-founded Cap_able and served as the COO. Currently, Federica is working as a Business Development Manager for Hive in Italy.

Federica Busani has a diverse educational background. Federica completed a Fellow Program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Fondazione CRT from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. During their Master's program, Federica also attended Tecnológico de Monterrey for an exchange semester in Business Administration and Management in 2019. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Università degli Studi di Torino, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Federica holds a certification in IELTS - C1 level from the British Council.
