Florian Baur

Florian Baur has a diverse range of work experience. Florian started their professional journey as an Intern Project Management at Geberit in 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Intern Partnermanagement at audibene. In 2019, Florian held two internships; Intern Inhouse Consulting at Commerz Business Consulting GmbH, where they worked on a reorganization project as part of the Commerzbank 4.0 strategy, and Intern Management Consulting at h&z Management Consulting, where they contributed to strategy development and an IT-transformation project. In 2020, Florian worked as a Business Development Manager at Consultport. The following year, they served as a Junior Analyst (Working Student) at Arthur D. Little. Florian currently holds the position of Junior Expansion Manager at Hive since July 2022, with a previous role as a Junior Expansion Manager.

Florian Baur's education history begins in 2012 at Constantin-Vanotti Schule, where they obtained their Abitur degree in the field of study of Wirtschaft in 2015. In 2016, they enrolled at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management Double Degree, without a specified field of study, which they completed in 2020. In the same year, Florian continued their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in International Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Business Development at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Florian ended their MSc program in 2022 and graduated Cum Laude. Additionally, in the years 2016-2018, Florian attended Dublin City University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Business (Germany).
