Georg Maderbacher

Georg Maderbacher is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Founding Manager at Hive since March 2024, where Georg leads expansion into the Netherlands, builds a high-performing team, and drives commercial growth. Prior experience includes a Technical Account Manager Intern role at Amazon, managing nearly 230 merchants and implementing data-driven insights that saved €75 million over six months. Additionally, Georg completed an International Trade Internship at ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Philippines, focusing on bilateral trade and market research. Prior experiences also include a management internship at HOFER Österreich and roles as a paramedic at Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe and Sozial Medizinischer Dienst Österreich.
