Tianna Chan

Tianna Chan has extensive work experience in various customer experience roles. Tianna is currently serving as the VP of Customer Experience at Hive since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Experience at Hive from June 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Hive, Tianna co-founded Customer Stories in February 2017, where they held a leadership position. Tianna also worked as the Head of Global Ops at REKKI from November 2017 to June 2021. In addition, Tianna has experience as the Head of Customer Operations at Lantum from November 2014 to November 2017 and as a Content Editor at Grouptree from March 2014 to November 2014.
