Thibault Richard-Folian has a diverse work experience in the online gaming industry. Thibault began their career as a CRM & Operations Executive at Betclic Everest Group, where they were responsible for running gaming and sports cross-sell operations. Thibault then moved on to Full Tilt Poker, Inc. as a Product Operations Manager, managing the operations and promotions of the poker room. Thibault then joined ASI Global Ventures Limited (PokerAce.com) as an Operations Manager, leading product, CRM, customer, and game operations. Thibault also advised 3rd party licensees on product and marketing initiatives. Thibault later worked as a Consultant at Replay Gaming, where they advised on product, CRM, monetization, customer experience, and operations. Thibault then joined PokerStars as a Customer Lifecycle CRM Sr. Manager, where they led the integration of new verticals within the PokerStars group and developed customer lifecycle strategies and programs. Thibault then returned to Replay Gaming as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the leading online free-to-play poker platform and community site, Replay Poker. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Virtue Poker, advising the company on product revamp, business model, operations, and organizational strategy. Currently, Thibault is working at ESL FACEIT Group - EFG as the VP of Operations for their digital platform.

Thibault Richard-Folian attended Notre Dame des Oiseaux in Paris from 1995 to 2005, where they obtained their Baccalaureat in Economics and Mathematics. Thibault then attended EBS Paris - European Business School from 2005 to 2007, majoring in Economic and Linguistic Private School.
