Paloma Abreu has extensive experience in customer onboarding and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Onboarding Team for Hivebrite since February 2021, Paloma is responsible for ensuring solution adoption and customer satisfaction during the implementation process. Previously, Paloma held roles at Meero, including Global Customer Onboarding Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included creating onboarding roadmaps and managing revenue portfolios. Additional experience includes positions as a Financial Risk Analyst at Banco Popular Dominicano, a Commercial Attaché at the Embassy of the Dominican Republic, and roles in public relations and credit analysis. Paloma holds a Master's degree in Project Management from MBS School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana.
