Safat Chowdury

Safat Chowdury has a diverse work experience. Safat is currently working as an Operations Manager at HIVED since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Openpay from April 2019 to March 2022. At Openpay, they held the position of Senior Operations Process Specialist, where they focused on process improvement and product management. Safat played a key role in driving operational change, implementing new processes, and redesigning existing ones on a global scale. Safat also submitted business cases for product improvement and was responsible for scoping out customer requirements and conducting testing and analysis for new releases. Before joining Openpay, they worked at John Lewis & Partners as a Selling Representative from September 2015 to April 2019.

Safat Chowdury pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Imperial College London from 2014 to 2019.
