Sophia Lim currently serves as a Family Support Specialist at Hively since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia was a Program Manager at Right At School from February 2023 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations for a program serving over 150 school-age students, managing a team of 13 educators, and ensuring student safety and positive experiences. Sophia's experience also includes working as an After School Teacher at Campus Kids Connection Inc from January 2020 to August 2022, supervising 60+ students and implementing a curriculum focused on creativity and self-expression. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Democracy, and Justice from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in June 2022.
