Carlton Robinson

Carlton Robinson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Carlton most recently worked as a Finance and Administration professional at Hivemapper since December 2021. Prior to this, Carlton served as a Limited Partner at Necessary Ventures, where they contributed to finding technological solutions to various challenges in the world.

During their self-employed period starting in 2020, Carlton worked on a Covid Sabbatical, which involved tutoring second grade students at East Oakland Pride Elementary School and guest lecturing at University of Washington Chemical Engineering and San Jose State University Entrepreneurial Finance courses.

From 2017 to 2020, Carlton held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at Instawork, where they managed finance, accounting, HR, and real estate. Carlton played a key role in building the financial infrastructure of the company.
