Divya Ashok

Divya Ashok has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Divya is currently working as the Head of People Culture at HiveMinds since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from June 2021 to July 2022, and as an HR Manager at KTek Resourcing from December 2020 to July 2021. Divya also had previous experience in General Management at Sunrise Natural Foods from August 2018 to May 2019, and from September 2019 to May 2020. Divya Ashok also worked as an HR Manager at Hexaware Technologies from May 2014 to July 2017, and as an Associate Manager HR at HCL Technologies Business Services - Ltd from July 2008 to May 2014, where they held various HR roles including HR Employee Partner, Recruitment, and Lead Executive.

Divya Ashok has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing Management from Thiagarajar School of Management. Divya obtained this degree from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lady Doak College, which they pursued from 2003 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Divya Ashok holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation, which they obtained from SHRM in February 2020. Divya also completed the Human Resource Management Certificate Program from Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies in January 2019. Additionally, they attained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2018.
