Shikha Vivek is an accomplished professional with significant experience in e-commerce and product management. Currently serving as AVP at HiveMinds, Shikha previously held the position of Senior E-Commerce Manager at ANS Commerce, leading three teams to manage over 30 renowned brands, including Godrej and Seagate. At Wakefit Innovations, Shikha contributed to growth and strategy as an Entrepreneur In Residence, successfully launching four home category products after extensive market research. Shikha began a career with Bosch India as a Technical Management Trainee, gaining diverse experience in project management, process planning, and marketing. Shikha holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
