Currently serving as an Assistant Manager Human Resource & Talent Management at HiveMinds, Shilpi is responsible for handling various aspects of the India business. Prior to this, Shilpi worked as a Sr. HR Recruiter and Human Resources Executive at Digital OAT, where Shilpi managed recruitment processes and coordinated manpower planning activities. Shilpi has gained experience in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing induction processes throughout their career.
