Vinod Monubol

Vinod Monubol has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vinod started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Kennametal in 2014. Vinod then joined HiveMinds in 2015 and held various roles such as Marketing Specialist, Sr. Marketing Specialist, Associate Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Revenue Director - Enterprise | Head - Client Servicing. During their time at HiveMinds, Vinod successfully managed clients across multiple verticals and was responsible for strategizing and delivering annual targets. Vinod also played a key role in setting up a separate client servicing vertical and optimizing profitability across the company. In 2021, they joined BYJU'S as an Associate Director before returning to HiveMinds in 2023 as the Vice President of Ecommerce. Throughout their career, Vinod demonstrated strong leadership skills, revenue growth, and a commitment to delivering results.

Vinod Monubol obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. This education was completed between the years 2008 and 2012. In addition to their degree, Vinod also obtained a certification in Strategies for Effective Negotiations Programme from the Indian School of Business in November 2020.
