Earlier career experience includes roles such as Regional Finance Manager at Fulton Hogan and Finance Manager at Leighton Contractors, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, cost control, and performance management. Arno Becker initiated a professional journey at Deloitte, progressing from Trainee to Senior Manager, focusing primarily on audits for clients across Namibia, Ireland, and Australia. Educational qualifications include becoming a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and ongoing engagement with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
