In 2023, Marcelo co-founded HiveQ, a platform focused on fostering leadership through a global network that nurtures relationships and shares opportunities. Prior to these roles, Marcelo served as Director at Synchro Group P/L from 2002 to 2009, further establishing a strong foundation in business leadership and development.
