Kumar Shailove

Kumar Shailove has over 17 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Currently, they serve as the VP of Engineering at Hiver, where they are responsible for building an Omnichannel helpdesk platform. Prior to this, they worked at InMobi for 5 years as the Director of Engineering for the Demand Side Platform, leading a team and overseeing the engineering lifecycle. Kumar also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Digital Guardian and Armor5, where they managed teams and delivered key server components. Kumar worked as a Manager at Expedia, Inc., where they built and managed a team of software engineers, and at Adobe Systems as a Sr. Lead/Manager, leading a team in the development and testing of web services. At the beginning of their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at Quark Media House India Pvt. Ltd.

Kumar Shailove's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at the University of Allahabad. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. After completing their undergraduate studies, Kumar continued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003.

In 2022, Kumar attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they participated in the LEAD - Advanced Management Program and obtained a certificate. The program focused on General Management and Strategy.
