Miles Miles'schier is the founder and director of sales at HiView Solutions. Prior to HiView Solutions, they were a partner sales manager at Square from December 2011 to January 2016. There, they developed a new channel sales model to expand product distribution into Sprint and T-Mobile retail stores, incorporating rev-share & performance incentives for Telco store employees. In 2015, they exceeded Telco sales quota by +90%. Miles also oversaw $1.5MM annual marketing budget and maintained P&L statements for all accounts. In addition, they developed go-to-market strategy for selling Square products through amazon.com, which quickly became one of Square’s largest distribution channels. From August 2011 to September 2011, they were a field marketing specialist at Square Inc., where they did feet-on-the-street outside sales & community outreach. Miles's core focus was engaging local businesses to better understand CC processing pain points & sign up new Square merchants. Prior to that, they were a community management intern at Yelp.com from January 2011 to July 2011.

Miles Miles'schier completed a double major in rhetoric and globalization and consumer behavior at the University of California Berkeley. Miles also holds certifications from Google in Google Apps Certified Administrator and Google Cloud Platform - Certified Sales Representative.
