Kennedy Mugochi

Kennedy Mugochi possesses extensive experience in the field of development and human rights, having served as Regional Director for both East Africa and Southern Africa at Hivos from August 2015 to October 2022, and held the position of Programme Development Manager. Prior to this, Kennedy was a Senior Researcher at the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum from September 2005 to December 2009, and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Zimbabwe from September 2003 to June 2005. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (January 2014 - December 2018) and further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (January 2012 - December 2013).
