Mark Hodowanic

Mark Hodowanic has had extensive experience in the financial industry, starting in 1998 at Anchor Bank as a Retail Banking Manager. Mark directed retail banking functions and focused on improving cost control and profitability. From 2003 to 2010, they held roles at Anoka Hennepin Credit Union and TopLine Federal Credit Union, where they successfully managed branch operations, coached staff, and achieved customer satisfaction and growth results. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Advisor, providing student-centric enrollment advising and achieving university objectives. In 2013, they joined Hiway Credit Union as a Senior Business Development Specialist, managing client relationships and contributing to financial growth. Mark also volunteered at American Council of Engineering Companies of Minnesota and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). Overall, Mark has a proven track record of leadership, customer service, and achieving organizational goals.

Mark Hodowanic attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1976 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mark later pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
