Samira Safari has over nine years of experience in customer service and network engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Service representative at HiWEB since May 2014, Samira previously worked as a Senior Noc Engineer specializing in Wireless and xDSL at Pishtaz Group from October 2013 to April 2014. Samira holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Applied Science and Technology, completed in 2016.
