Scott Wever is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the food, dairy, and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Hixson Architecture & Engineering since January 2006, Scott has previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer at the same firm. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Project Engineer at Sara Lee Foods from August 1992 to December 2005, where responsibilities included overseeing capital projects exceeding $10 million, managing line layout, cost development, vendor coordination, and the installation and startup of processing lines across U.S. facilities. Scott Wever holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
