Asia Miles-Shakur

Asia Miles-Shakur is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in health services and finance. Currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at Henry J. Austin Health Center since March 2019, Asia previously held the position of Payroll Manager at Water's Edge Healthcare and Rehab from April 2013 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a bank teller for Bank of America and an internship at the Department of Health in the District of Columbia, where Asia compiled immunization records and developed educational materials on HPV. Asia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Community Health Education from Stockton University, after attending Howard University.
