Li Liao has extensive work experience in the field of project management and engineering. They started their career as a Water and Wastewater Engineer at Binnie Black & Veatch in 1994. They then worked as a Water and Wastewater Engineer/Contract Management Expert/Project Manager at Ecology and Environment, Inc from 1997 to 2002. After that, they served as the Chief Resident Engineer at Montgomery Watson Harza from 2002 to 2007. Li Liao then joined E & E as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2013. From 2011 to present, they have been working as an Expert at MOHURD. Li Liao also has experience at HJI Group Corporation, where they held various roles such as Contract Management Specialist/Project Manager and Project Director.
Li Liao attended Tongji University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the field of Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management and Recycling Technology/Technician.
