Li Liao

Li Liao has extensive work experience in the field of project management and engineering. They started their career as a Water and Wastewater Engineer at Binnie Black & Veatch in 1994. They then worked as a Water and Wastewater Engineer/Contract Management Expert/Project Manager at Ecology and Environment, Inc from 1997 to 2002.
