Doug Koppe

Doug Koppe is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing business applications and IT systems. Currently serving as IT Manager of Business Applications at H&K Group, Inc. since March 2021, Doug oversees business and web applications, managing programmer analysts and software administrators. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions including IT Manager of Systems & Programming/Principal Analyst at Wood, where responsibilities included managing IT personnel and projects within a matrix organization, as well as acting as IT project manager and Scrum master. Doug's earlier roles include IT Systems Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where system administration and hardware upgrades were key responsibilities, and CAD Supervisor & IT System Administrator at Arde Inc, where Doug established the CAD engineering department. Doug began their career as a Project Engineer at FLSmidth, administering scheduling applications for construction activities.
