Haroon Niazi

Haroon Niazi is a seasoned professional in the construction and dispute resolution sectors, currently serving as Chair of the MEA World Regional Board and a member of the Member Services Committee at RICS since January 2024. Haroon has been with HKA since May 2017 as Partner, Construction, Claims and Expert Services Lead for EMEA, and has previously held multiple leadership roles at Hill International, Inc. from February 2011 to May 2017, including Vice President. With a solid foundation in law and quantity surveying, Haroon's educational background includes an LLB (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London and various advanced degrees from City, University of London and Kingston University. Expertise includes managing disputes, particularly in the oil and gas, rail, and building sectors in Saudi Arabia.
