Helen Collie

Helen Collie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Partner, Principal, and Technical Director at HKA since July 2020, Helen plays a key role in providing expertise across various practices. In addition, Helen holds a position as a Non Executive Director at Postscript Books, an independent bookselling business established by Helen's father. Prior to these roles, Helen was a Senior Associate at Thornton Tomasetti from August 2014 to June 2020 and worked as a Senior Engineer at William J Marshall & Partners. Helen's early career includes various positions at Thornton Tomasetti, Building Design Partnership, and Whitbybird, starting as a Graduate Engineer. Helen's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UCL and a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London, complemented by a strong foundation in A Levels from Wimbledon High School.
