Jeremy Sampson

Jeremy Sampson is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Partner and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at HKA since March 2023. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Principal at JAS Solutions Limited from September 2020 to March 2023. An extensive tenure at Carpetright plc from February 2010 to September 2020 included roles as Company Secretary and Legal Director, as well as Interim Company Secretary and Legal Director. Additionally, Jeremy served as Interim Legal Director at Rexel for a brief period in 2009. Starting with Taylor Woodrow plc from January 1993 to March 2008, Jeremy was the General Counsel and Deputy Group Company Secretary, overseeing legal services, M&A, financing, and other critical functions for the group. Throughout Jeremy's career, a strong focus has been placed on implementing efficient processes, reducing legal spend, and advising on internal restructuring.
