Karen Best

Karen Best is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at HKA since April 2017, Karen has previously held significant roles at Hill International, Inc., including Director and Associate Director from 2001 to March 2017. Prior to that, Karen worked as a Site Engineer/Sub Agent at TILBURY DOUGLAS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and as a Site Engineer at Charles Brand Ltd. Academically, Karen holds a Master of Science in Construction Law & Arbitration from King's College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
