Paul Mansell

Paul Mansell is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and consulting sectors, currently serving as Partner and Head of London, Germany, and Energy Resources & Industrial at HKA since April 2017. Prior to this role, Paul held senior positions at Hill International, Inc., including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed managing the UK Midlands office and operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Career highlights also include serving as the Regional Director at David Gibson Associates, establishing new offices and overseeing major projects in oil & gas and transportation. With a solid foundation in process engineering, Paul has held various roles in companies such as Purac Ltd, Enpure Limited, Meica Process Ltd, and Birwelco Ltd, managing substantial project deliveries. Paul’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Birmingham and postgraduate diplomas in adjudication and arbitration from the University of Reading, complemented by a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
