Alex Chan

Alex Chan has an extensive career in the chemical and cosmetics industries, currently in retirement since September 2015. Previously, Alex served as Vice President at Jos H. Lowenstein & Sons, Inc. since 2006, and was a Director there from 2004 to 2005. Prior experience includes roles as Project Leader at Unilever HPC from 2000 to 2004, Director at Revlon from 1997 to 2000, and Manager at Helene Curtis from 1994 to 1997. Alex began a career as a Senior Research Scientist at Clairol, Inc. from 1983 to 1994. Alex earned a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry and Photochemistry from New York University, completing studies between 1979 and 1983.
