Neal Pann

Neal Pann, AIA, LEED AP has a background in architecture and preservation. Currently serving as a Historic Preservation Commissioner for the City of Livermore, Neal also holds a role as a Project Manager at HKIT Architects. As the Founder/Owner of Nth Power Studio, Neal combines their passion for architecture and technology through Apple for Architects and Inside the Apple Studio podcast. With experience in various organizations such as LIVERMORE DOWNTOWN, INC. and AC Martin, Neal's expertise lies in project management, strategic leadership, and advocating for architectural excellence.
