Kevin Todd

Kevin Todd is an experienced attorney with a focus on environmental law currently practicing at HKM Employment Attorneys LLP since August 2021. Previously, Kevin served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the U.S. Judiciary and cultivated legal expertise as a summer associate with the Environmental Defense Fund, working on clean energy litigation. As a J.D. candidate at the University of Michigan Law School, Kevin held the position of Editor in Chief for the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law and contributed as a Research Editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law and Mobility, specializing in legal issues surrounding autonomous vehicles. Kevin's legal academic training is complemented by a Professional Science Master's degree in Science and Technology Policy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Evansville.
