Nina Grochowitzki

Nina Grochowitzki has been working as a consultant for the hkp/// group in the Board Services business area for over ten years. Her consulting focus lies in the areas of corporate governance, management board and supervisory board remuneration. The expertise of the business mathematician also lies in the evaluation and design of long-term incentives and company pension schemes. In addition to her consulting mandates, Nina Grochowitzki supports a wide range of projects and activities to establish and maintain good corporate governance and was involved, among other things, in the development of disclosure standards in remuneration reporting and the guidelines for sustainable management board remuneration. Nina Grochowitzki is also the author of numerous studies and editorial contributions for specialist publications.
