Alana Buynak

Alana Buynak is a highly experienced Senior Project Interior Designer at HKS, Inc. since September 2019, previously holding the title of Project Interior Designer. Alana has worked as a Design Consultant as an Independent Contractor since January 2012, and gained additional experience as a Designer at von Staden Architects from November 2018 to August 2019 and at ROSSETTI from June 2013 to October 2018. Early career experiences include a Visual Display Intern role at Anthropologie in 2011 and a Research Grant Assistant position at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2010. Alana co-founded BLD ARCH, serving as a Draftsperson from August 2009 to March 2010. Alana earned a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, along with additional studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in 2009.
