Amy Eagle

Amy Eagle is an experienced writer and communications professional with a diverse background in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Writer at HKS, Inc. since June 2022, Amy contributes to narrative development for a global team of professionals. Prior roles include Communications Coordinator at Homewood Science Center, where grant applications and program materials were developed. Amy has also held positions as a Grant Writer and Program Coordinator, focusing on funding opportunities and community engagement. A freelance writer and filmmaker since 1991, Amy's work spans corporate writing and editing. Earlier career experience includes technical writing for Citation Computer Systems Inc. and user services at Emory University. Amy holds an MFA in Writing from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in English from Southern Illinois University, along with a Certificate in Grant Writing from DePaul University.
